  • The number of sessions required varies depending on the individual and the complexity of the issue being addressed. Some clients may experience significant changes in just one session, while others may benefit from multiple sessions.   • Tatjana’s hourly rate is €95 (excluding VAT). Packages will be based off this rate. 

    Tatjana works with a sliding price scale; if you cannot currently match the standard session fee due to financial or unusual circumstances, please make sure to outline your situation during your consultation call, so that a more suitable, reduced fee can be found. 

  • This will depend on your insurance and their coverage of mental health services. If you would like to have your health insurance reimburse you for your sessions with Tatjana, please contact your provider in advance to see whether they cover this form of therapy.

  • BWRT® can be effectively conducted online, making it accessible for clients regardless of their location. Online sessions provide the same level of support and engagement as in-person sessions.

  • To prepare for a BWRT® session, you should find a quiet, private space where you can focus without distractions.
